Policies & Procedures

Supplies
We bring our own equipment and supplies. If for any reason you would like us to clean with a specific product we ask that the client provide the product. We will do our very best to accommodate you. If the specific product causes any harm or damage to our team members we will cease using the product. The client will be notified.
Ladders
We will come with our own two-step ladder. Our team will provide a two step ladder to be able to reach higher surfaces that will be dusted with an extension duster.
Firearms
For the protection of our cleaning crew and the client, if you have firearms, store and lock them away prior to entering your home. We will not clean any rooms that have visible firearms. Please do not store them under pillows or mattresses as they pose a danger when we are changing linens on bed.
Insects/Rodents
Insect infestation can be a problem and may prevent us from cleaning your home. If an infestation of ants, termites, roaches, fleas, bed bugs, etc. is encountered, we will not clean until the problem has been corrected. We will contact you regarding the problem.
Safety
We take care and safety is a priority while in your home/business. Our team members do not flip mattresses or move heavy objects. We are unable to clean up vomit, blood, urine, or feces.
Payments
We accept Cash, Checks, all major credit cards, and Zelle. There is an invoice option with a processing fee, as well. Please leave cash in envelope labeled Pristine Touch. There is a $35 NSF fee for all returned checks. We Do Not accept Cashapp as a form of payment.
Scheduling
When we schedule an appointment day and time that is specifically for you and you alone. Please see cancellation policy below
Cancellation fee
If for any reason you can not keep your appointment, we ask that you give an advance notice. Cancellations must be communicated to us 48 hrs (2 full working days) in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations communicated between 47- 24 hrs will incur 50% of the price of your cleaning.
Lock out/turn way fee
If for any reason we can not access your home/ business the client is to pay full price of their cleaning.
Skipped/missed cleaning visits
Charges are based on the type of visit you schedule. Weekly rates are for weekly cleanings. If you skip a cleaning, you will be charged the rate of the next frequency of services.
Wear and Tear
The longer we occupy our spaces, wear and tear is sure to take place. Please understand that this too applies to your residence/business. Areas that are worn may take more than one cleaning to see improvement in appearance or may not come clean at all.
